The International Convention Centre is located in the bustling precinct of Darling Harbour on Cockle Bay. Featuring a striking, contemporary design, advanced technology and a range of multi-purpose spaces, ICC Sydney is a beacon of innovation, learning and entertainment. It is designed to connect and celebrate leaders of invention, business, governance and the arts. What a privilege it was to supply over 350m2 of Gitter swaged grating and louvre product throughout the precinct! Today it's not hard to see why this architectural masterpiece is recognised as the latest world-class exhibition facility.

A combination of swaged louvre & grating products was used on this project.The SL 6032/135-60 and SG 323-60 profiles were used for air-vents, balustrading, feature screening and more. Contemporary lighting and creative installation really made the most of the textural benefits of our product lines.Potential uses for Gitter swaged products are limited only by your imagination. At Gitter, we are proud to have played a visually and environmentally significant part of the Harold Park urban renewal project, nestled in around Glebe, Annandale & Rozelle in Sydney's inner West. A joint planning project between the City of Sydney & the Central Sydney Planning Committee, with Mirvac developing the site, the historic Harold Park Raceway has now been transformed into a stunning inner city housing development with 1250 new residences that will be home to around 2500 people.

Gitter's role was the manufacture and supply of an extensive range of SL 6032/135-90 swaged louvre sunshade panels in Interpon® Brillance Matte. With a range of creative panel angles & joins required for various aspects of the design, careful manufacture and quality control was absolutely critical. But the finished results, we believe, speak for themselves.

While many buildings in industrial parks around the country can be a little bit – how shall we say it – plain, there is no mistaking the new Grace Records Management facility in the Southern Western Sydney suburb of Campbelltown! With gunmetal facade and striking white & red highlights, this building truly stands out from the crowd. Gitter sunshade panels protect the glazed office areas, while Gitter ventilation panels are installed in the storage area for both ventilation and security roles. All panels have been powder-coated to match the gunmetal facade.

Gitter Group are proud members of the Rapid Relief Team. RRT is a volunteer, not-for-profit organisation set up to support local communities in times of need. We do this by serving food and drinks to emergency services personnel, helping out at homeless missions and supporting the work of other charities. The core service of RRT is to provide quality catering and refreshments efficiently. This benevolent relief is offered to persons in need with compassion and care by our teams of willing volunteers.
